Robert Knorr, Casting and Voice Director at Blue Dawn Casting, has over a decade of experience in the animation and video game industries, building his career on helping creative teams bring their characters to life. From his time as a Producer at Netflix Games to his work with independent studios, Robert collaborated with developers, directors, and artists to craft stories that resonate both visually and vocally.
Throughout his career, Robert led voice-over casting efforts across a wide range of projects, from Union TV Animation to narrative-driven indies. He has worked closely with actors and directors to ensure every role is cast with care, clarity, and an understanding of both the character and production needs. Robert brings a production-minded approach to casting, grounded in both creative insight and logistical know-how, making the process smooth for studios and talent alike.
